We stayed at home again today because it was very hot. Not too much happened today. Sophia started out the day reading the paper on the floor. I couldn't help but laugh about this one. She usually tears up the ads, but in the photograph above it looks like she is reading it.
Next she spent time petting the cat. Then, she grabbed the dog's toys and threw them for Brandy to retrieve. Brandy was happy to have a playmate.
She rode her tricycle again. Then, she took Elmo out of the basket just so she could say her favorite new phrase. "Uh Oh!"
Poor Elmo was body slammed to the floor. No more bike ride for Elmo.
Then, she decided to try to stand up again on all fours. She looks a little like a crab walking sideways. She finally gave up when she decided she couldn't move around too well on hands and feet. She rolled down to the floor and started rolling to her next destination.
She played with her push toy, but wouldn't stand to push it.
She also played with the toy that the characters pop up when a button is pushed or turned.
Overall, it was a nice day just playing at home with Sophia's toys.
