December 3, 2008 The Potty Chair again at 14 1/2 months

Okay, So it seems that Sophia is getting the potty chair thing down. Today when she awoke from her nap, I asked her is she wanted to us her potty chair and she replied in that sweet little voice "Yee-ahh" (yes)!  It was so cute. So mommy and Sophia scampered into the bathroom really quickly so Sophia could sit on the potty chair.  I handed her a few books and told her mommy will sit on the big potty fully clothed,  while she sits on her little potty and we will read our books until she is ready to pee. It didn't take long at all.  She did it and stood up when she was done. This time none got on the floor. She even started tugging at her little pant leggings that she was wearing under her dress as if she knew how to pull them up.  Little Sophia, I am so proud of you.  you are such an intelligent little girl. You amaze me at how quickly you learn things.  Your brain seems like a little sponge and you just absorb everything you are exposed to.  I love you baby girl.
