Fringe fancy pants

I serged a cute pair of fringe fancy pants. Sophia picked out the "Hello Kitty" fabric for these pants. These pants were made with a three thread coverstitch on the serger. I used a pattern for the basic shape but sewed the seams outside rather than inside to create the fancy fringe on the sides, ankles, and waistline.

Sleep standing

Sophia played at great grandma's house while Scott and I went to the cardinal game on july 4th. My brother also went over to help with my kids. They tried to get her to take her nap with no luck. She was so tired when got there to pick them that she fell asleep while I was loading up the car.

Building sandcastles at Winghaven pool

How to build a sandcastle

First, scoop sand into your bucket.




Second, pour a little water in the bucket.




Third, turn the bucket over and tap with your shovel.







Last, knock the castle down and start filling your bucket again.
